But there's a lot more work to be done, and we're excited to be growing a team of motivated humans that are up for the challenge.We are looking for a Coordinator, Quality to join the Quality Engineering and Regulatory Compliance department in assisting with day-to-day processes for the team.

As the Coordinator, Quality at Everlane, you will play a crucial role in supporting our high quality standards for our apparel and accessories. Your primary responsibilities will include managing sample orders for our Creative and Photo Studio teams, overseeing our Shoes and Accessories wear testing program, and reviewing care/content labels as well as testing and inspection reports. You will serve as a liaison between our cross-functional teams and manufacturing partners, ensuring seamless communication, timely delivery of sample orders, and facilitating our quality management workflows. To succeed in this position, you must be highly organized, possess outstanding attention to detail, and demonstrate strong communication skills when collaborating with various departments.

This is an entry level position and the ideal candidate will need to have a positive attitude and be excited to work with different teams. As a member of the Supply Chain team, you will partner and collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Merchandising, Planning and Product Development/Sourcing teams.

Your day-to-day:

• Managing sample orders for Creative and Photo Studio teams: Coordinate the procurement and delivery of product samples to support eCommerce photo shoots, PR and Celebrity requests, and Marketing editorial shoots, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams and timely access to required materials.
• Administering the Shoes and Accessories wear testing program: Oversee the wear testing process for footwear and accessory products, ensuring products meet Everlane's quality standards and continuously improving our offerings based on feedback and insights gathered during testing.
• Reviewing care/content labels and testing/inspection reports through Everlane’s QM systems: Ensure that product care instructions and content information are accurate and compliant with industry regulations, while also assessing testing and inspection reports to maintain high product quality standards across our apparel and accessory lines.
• Supporting our continuous improvement efforts: Work with the Quality Engineering Associate and our CX and Retail teams to capture defect reports from our customers, internal team members, and our manufacturing partners for investigation and CAPA.

The Fine Print:

At Everlane, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The hourly compensation range for this role is $24.00 - $27.50 - $31.50. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographic location.
