As an industry leader, Cornerstone is helping approximately 7,000 organizations, 140M+ users, across 186 countries build continuous workforce readiness. About the Role The Enablement Hub Lead owns AI-primary onboarding and early role readiness for new Services team members. Reporting to the Services Academy leader, the role delivers personalized digital journeys with human oversight for implementation, consulting, project management, support, and related Services roles. The role translates delivery expectations into measurable readiness and partners with Services leaders, hiring managers, mentors, Learning Operations, Cornerstone University, and Enablement colleagues to move each learner efficiently from onboarding to staffed or billable work. It is accountable for accelerating deployment readiness, improving Readiness Health bands and certification outcomes, and ensuring new hires demonstrate the practical behaviours required for high-quality project delivery. In this role you will... · Own AI-primary onboarding and role-readiness journeys for Services cohorts in the assigned location, with clear points for human oversight and intervention. · Configure and continuously improve personalized digital guidance, practice, knowledge support, assessments, reminders, and progress signals for each Services role. · Deliver targeted live workshops, coaching, simulations, observation, and feedback where human expertise adds the greatest value. · Coordinate onboard journeys, including learning, certification, practice evidence, manager checkpoints, staffing milestones, and readiness decisions. · Apply practical Professional Services and implementation experience to prepare new hires for delivery methodology, governance, customer engagement, risk management, tools, and escalation expectations. · Monitor Readiness Health bands and learner evidence, identify blockers early, and coordinate interventions with managers, mentors, and subject matter experts. · Partner with Services leadership and resource or staffing teams to connect readiness decisions to deployment on appropriate customer work. · Track certification performance and early project quality, using outcome data and feedback to improve journey content, sequencing, AI guidance, and human support. · Maintain consistent Academy standards, current learning assets, responsible AI controls, and appropriate privacy, security, and customer-confidentiality practices. What Success Looks Like Success is measured through speed of deployment readiness, stronger readiness and certification outcomes, effective progression through the AI-primary journey, and improved early project quality across cohorts, roles, and locations. · Median time from start date to staffed or billable deployment, segmented by Services role and location. · Percentage of new hires moving into the target Readiness Health band by agreed milestones. · First-attempt certification pass rate and time to required certification achievement. · Early project quality, using agreed indicators such as manager or delivery-lead assessment, milestone quality, rework, escalations, and customer-impacting issues. · Percentage of learners progressing through the AI-primary journey without avoidable delay, with timely human intervention for identified risks. · Improvement in onboarding outcomes by cohort, role, and location based on readiness, certification, staffing, and early delivery evidence. You've got what it takes if you... · Hands-on experience delivering Professional Services or SaaS implementations in a customer-facing role. · Strong understanding of implementation lifecycles, delivery methodology, project governance, customer engagement, delivery risk, and the expectations placed on deployable Services practitioners. · Experience designing or operating onboarding, role-readiness, Academy, or capability-development journeys for Services roles. · Ability to design AI-primary learning and performance-support experiences with appropriate human coaching, assessment, escalation, and responsible-AI oversight. · Strong facilitation, coaching, and practical assessment skills, including simulations, observation, feedback, and readiness decisions. · Ability to manage cohorts, analyze readiness and performance data, coordinate stakeholders, and connect learning progress to staffing or billable deployment. · Credibility with Services leaders, hiring managers, mentors, subject matter experts, staffing teams, Learning Operations, Cornerstone University, and Enablement colleagues. · Strong awareness of privacy, security, customer confidentiality, inclusive onboarding, responsible data handling, and responsible AI. AI Continuous Learning · Designs and operates AI-primary journeys that personalize guidance, practice, knowledge support, checks for understanding, and progress prompts, while reserving observation, coaching, judgement, and intervention for managers, mentors, subject matter experts, and Academy leads. · Uses AI tools every day in their own work and can show an example where AI changed how the work is done, not just how fast. · Evaluates AI output critically for accuracy, bias, privacy and data handling, and knows when a human must decide. · Actively explores internal Cornerstone AI and external tools, brings recommendations to the team, and retires tools and processes that do not earn their place. · Keeps skills current through communities, certifications, hands-on experimentation and industry learning, and shares what they learn with the team. How You Work · Customer obsessed: Start with the learner’s and the account’s problem, not the tool. · Innovate and transform: Challenge the status quo and retire systems and processes that do not earn their place. · Proactive leadership: See problems and act before being asked. · Get it done: Ship, measure and iterate. · Forward looking: Plan for where technology and the business are going. · AI native: Use AI daily to rethink work, not just accelerate it.
