We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and ambitious person to join our Sales Coordinator Team within a fast-paced, global SaaS company. The Sales Coordinators work closely with our Account Managers, becoming trusted partners in helping them manage their territories effectively. This is much more than an administrative role – you'll take ownership of key processes, solve problems, coordinate across multiple teams and create the structure and efficiency that allows our Sales teams to focus on customers, drive growth and maximise revenue opportunities. Key Responsibilities Partner closely with Account Managers to provide proactive operational support across their territories. Support the end-to-end deal lifecycle, including opportunity management, quote creation, amendments, renewals and internal documentation. Create and maintain accurate opportunities, quotes and customer information within Salesforce. Coordinate with internal teams such as Deal Desk, Legal, Customer Success, Sales Operations, and other stakeholders to help progress customer requests and deals. Ensure sales processes are followed accurately and consistently, identifying and resolving gaps where appropriate. Support Account Managers with quarter planning, pipeline activity and end-of-quarter execution. Manage multiple requests and priorities across regions while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Develop a strong understanding of assigned Account Managers, territories and customers to provide consistent, dependable and effective support. Help improve and standardise processes across the Sales Coordinator function. Contribute to wider team projects and initiatives aimed at improving sales productivity and operational efficiency. What We're Looking For You'll be someone who is: Ambitious, curious and keen to build a career within SaaS or technology. Proactive, with a willingness to take ownership and get involved. Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities. A confident communicator who enjoys building strong working relationships. A problem solver who is comfortable asking questions and learning new things. Detail-oriented, dependable and committed to delivering high-quality work. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Previous related experience within Sales, Customer Service, Operations or Administration would be beneficial, but is not essential. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is also a bonus, but we'll support you in developing the knowledge you need. Career Development This role provides an excellent starting point for a career within SaaS and technology, giving you broad exposure to how a global commercial organisation operates. You'll build transferable skills, develop your commercial understanding and work with experienced colleagues across different areas of the business. As you grow in the role, you'll have opportunities to take on greater responsibility, contribute to larger projects and develop your career, with potential future paths across areas such as Sales, Account Management, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations and Customer Success.
