Job Description — Senior Software Engineer Job Title: Senior Software Engineer Location: Hyderabad Position Overview We are seeking a high-performing Senior Software Development Engineer who not only writes exceptional code but also improves engineering velocity through automation, AI, and scalable design. You’ll own end-to-end delivery of complex modules, influence technical decisions, and mentor junior developers. In this role you will... Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend or full-stack services using Python, Java, React. Architect and implement RESTful / GraphQL APIs with reusable and modular design. Drive AI-powered development workflows — using LLMs for code generation, testing, documentation, and diagnostics. Lead technical reviews, performance improvements, and CI/CD automation initiatives . Collaborate across Product, DevOps, and QA to ensure seamless delivery. Guide junior engineers through mentorship and code quality best practices . You’ve got what it takes if you have… 4–6 years of hands-on development in Python / Java / React . Strong experience in API development , microservices , and cloud platforms (AWS preferred) . Solid understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) . Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools (Copilot / LLMs / automation frameworks) .
