About the role:

You will work directly with primary care practices in our network, supporting them in all aspects of their business and operations. You will play a pivotal role in driving performance impact for our practices by collaborating closely with healthcare providers, clinicians, and practice staff. Your primary focus will be to ensure the effective utilization of our products and services, enhancing patient quality outcomes and fostering successful practice relationships. In conjunction with the Head of Provider Operations and the full Duet team, you will play a critical role in developing, implementing and testing our service offerings and scaling our Provider Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Practice Performance and Transformation support- develop, implement and manage customized practice priorities and transformation plans
  • Foster a deep sense of trust with a practice and practice leadership, driving successful outcomes through collaboration and effective communication
  • Act as a leader and strategic thinker who provides scalable recommendations and constructive feedback and coaching to practices
  • Lead and coordinate activity between the practice and the rest of the Duet team, including finance, IT, billing and clinical teams
  • Establish robust collaborations with Product & Technology teams, advocating for practice needs for the advancement of Duet’s technology tools and service delivery model
  • Analyze client performance, generate insights, and provide strategic recommendations to improve outcomes
  • Monitor and oversee metrics and objectives associated with finance, revenue cycle, productivity, clinical performance, value-based care, and customer experience
  • Partner with the Head of Provider Operations to scale the Provider Operations team, including developing operational frameworks and tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field and at least five years of experience in healthcare
  • Experience working with independent primary care providers, especially in areas of practice management, practice operations, and value-based care contracts
  • Experience executing on risk-bearing contracts at the primary care level, including population health management, quality gaps in care, risk adjustment, and total cost of care
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and diverse environment
  • Experience with data analysis and proficiency in Excel
  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of driving successful outcomes

This role is remote, with preference for someone located in Northeast region
