We are seeking an experienced, strategic Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive messaging, positioning, and clarity around Included Health’s product roadmap and innovation priorities. This role serves as a key link between our product organization and go-to-market teams, embedding upstream in the product lifecycle to ensure product-market fit, develop product narratives, and support timely coordination and communication of launches. This role will synthesize customer voice, competitive intelligence, and market trends to inform roadmap commitments, then develop compelling and timely narratives and product demos to support launch campaign success across clients and to drive market engagement and forward-selling amongst prospective buyers. In doing so, this role will equip our Sales and Client Success teams with the positioning and content they need to bring new products to market, supporting growth efforts for the organization.
The ideal candidate for this role has the ability to:
- Build and Nurture Relationships - Establish strong relationships with Product, Engineering, Design, Solutions Consulting, Sales, and Client Success teams, embedding upstream within the product lifecycle to support roadmapping and positioning of new products and services.
- Synthesize Disparate Insights to Inform Product Decisions - Interpret complex data, extract key insights, and synthesize competitive intelligence, client insights, and market research to inform roadmapping and product development, providing the link between the voice of the market and product strategy.
- Craft Compelling Product Narratives - Bring our differentiators and value proposition to life by developing foundational product narratives that combine crisp storytelling, compelling visuals, and persuasive data, and effectively communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Drive Cross-Functional Projects - Deliver results in complex, cross-functional projects through clear communication, effective prioritization, strategic thinking, and collaboration across teams, demonstrating strong project management and campaign planning skills across multiple projects concurrently and tight deadlines.
- Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment - Be highly organized and detail-oriented with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Product roadmap input and alignment - Actively participate in EPDD product roadmapping exercises, ensuring voice of the market input is incorporated early in the process. Contribute to roadmap clarity by helping to push for defined features, clear time horizons, and updated documentation, enabling proactive narrative development and communication around upcoming launches. Partner with Product Managers to develop consistent, timely, and clear messaging around upcoming product updates and releases.
- Product roadmap narrative - Develop and champion the narrative around the near-term product roadmap by maintaining the high-level roadmap narrative and developing base materials around new products, features, and capabilities ahead of launch. Maintain internal knowledge base and content related to product innovation for go-to-market teams, including content like the base product roadmap deck and our AI+EQ narrative. Partner with solutions leads on Product Marketing to pull through new product releases and updates across all sales materials. Partner with Corporate Communications and Growth Marketing to bring our product innovation stories and enhancements out to market through top-of-funnel channels.
- Product roadmap communication - Lead product enablement and roadmap training sessions for Sales, The Client Organization, and other go-to-market teams in partnership with GTM Enablement. Triage and answer product-related questions that come in from various internal stakeholders in partnership with Product Operations and the Client Organization.
- Demo strategy and execution - Lead the cross-functional team that maintains Included Health’s suite of product demos, pulling through new products, features, and capabilities as they are released. Partner with Solutions Engineering to maintain and enhance live demo environments to allow buyers to experience our product in the sales process. Partner with Solutions Consulting to maintain demo enablers, including talking points, user manuals, and screenshot libraries.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in digital health and/or employer benefits.
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, with experience across the product and client lifecycle.
- 2+ years experience partnering with product teams on messaging and launch communication.
- Demonstrated experience in creating high-quality sales collateral, including presentations, proposals, and other enablement materials.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build relationships and work effectively cross-functionally with sales, product, and other teams.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, extract key insights, and tell a compelling story using statistics.
- Proficient in using the Google and/or Microsoft Suite of products.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA.
Physical/Cognitive Requirements:
- Ability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
- Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.
- No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs. of force (e.g., lifting a computer / laptop) may be required.
- Ability to interact with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner.
