About the role:
A critical role within our Go-to-Market and Strategic Partnerships & Insights teams, the Broker Partnerships Director will be responsible for managing the broker channel. Managing this channel includes but is not limited to developing the channel strategy, executing on the strategy, and managing the relationships both externally and internally to support growth in this channel. This role will report to the Sr. Director, Consultant Relations and have strong connectivity to the Sales team.
The ideal candidate for this role has 10+ years of building and leveraging solid relationships that lead to revenue growth, including sales experience via broker/consultant channels and/or managing vendor relationships that lead to revenue expansion. The candidate should have a solid understanding of the healthcare industry and be able to identify market trends, successes, and opportunities for Included Health to continue along a path of scalable growth.
The broker channel strategy will be developed in partnership with our Mid-Market Sales and Strategic Partnerships & Insights teams. It will include managing and expanding our existing broker agreements and developing and scaling new ones. Experience working with brokers and mid-market clients, understanding the unique needs of these groups, building revenue share programs, and negotiating contracts with brokers is preferred.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years’ experience in healthcare industry preferably in broker/consultant and/or client facing roles
  • Solid track record of building internal and external relationships that drive results
  • Deep understanding of healthcare market expectations
  • Experience architecting revenue-generating deal structures and managing contract negotiations
  • Experience leading meetings with multiple stakeholders and driving to an optimal outcome
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred
The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:
Zone A: $150,800 - $230,000 + equity + benefits
Zone B: $125,700 - $191,700 + equity + benefits
This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone. Below is additional information on Included Health's commitment to maintaining transparent and equitable compensation practices across our distinct geographic zones.
Starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include, but not limited to, education; training; skill set; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; business needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and alignment with geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and competitive compensation based on their roles and locations.Your Recruiter can share your geographic zone alignment upon inquiry.
In addition to earning a base salary, this role is eligible for a performance-based bonus. Details of the Annual Bonus Plan, including performance metrics, target incentives, and potential earnings, will be discussed during the interview process.
