Team Description
Our Business Strategy & Operations team sets and drives key business initiatives across the company. We complement and support product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams across three critical areas: corporate and business unit strategy, business planning and sales operations, and business systems and tools development.
Role Description
As the Product Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our product development and delivery processes. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Experience to streamline operations and ensure the successful launch of high-quality products. This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual who excels in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and maintaining project timelines, ensuring projects are on track and milestones are met.
- Coordinate project-related communications and updates across teams, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential bottlenecks or issues; propose solutions to keep projects on schedule.
- Organize and lead cross-functional meetings to review project status, identify roadblocks, and surface key decisions.
- Facilitate communication between departments, ensuring that all teams have the information they need to meet their responsibilities.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying areas for optimization and suggesting new approaches to enhance efficiency.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of product documentation, including requirements, specifications, and user guides.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a tech or product-focused environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of product development lifecycle.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected challenges.
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- A passion for technology and an eagerness to contribute to the success of innovative products
