💪🏽 What Will You Do?
As our Sales Development Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in driving Disclo's growth by generating new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential customers in the HR Tech & Broker ecosystem.
- Outreach: Conducting outbound campaigns via email, phone, and social media to set up initial meetings.
- Pipeline Management: Nurturing leads through the sales funnel, coordinating with the sales team to move deals forward.
- Market Research: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends to inform outreach strategies and provide feedback to the product team.
⚡️ You'd Be a Great Fit If You:
- Experience: Have a background in sales, preferably in a B2B setting.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal coordination and customer engagement.
- Self-Starter: Are highly motivated and able to work independently.
- Teamwork: Thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with marketing and sales teams to achieve common goals.
