💪🏽 What will you do?

As our Founding Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Disclo's user momentum and product growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams, your main responsibilities will include:

• Data-Driven Strategy: Developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy based on data-driven insights.
• Campaign Optimization: Regularly reviewing and optimizing marketing campaigns to enhance reach and conversion.
• Sales Alignment: Collaborating with the sales team to convert leads into loyal customers.
• Reporting and Analysis: Regularly assessing and reporting on the success of growth initiatives and making necessary changes.

⚡️ You'd be a great fit if you:

• Experience: Have a proven track record in a similar role, with experience in managing successful growth marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Analytical: Are data-driven, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from raw data and apply these insights to optimize campaigns.
• Communication: Have excellent communication skills, able to clearly convey complex ideas and data insights.
• Creativity: Have a creative mind, able to come up with innovative marketing strategies and solutions.
• Collaboration: Have a collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Competitive salary & equity – compensation for this role is $120k - $160k plus Options, TBD through our interview process
