As a founding member of our marketing team, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives awareness and adoption of our platform among potential customers. You’ll also be working on:

  • Developing and executing a marketing plan that includes tactics such as content marketing, social media, email campaigns, and event marketing
  • Creating and managing a content calendar to ensure regular, high-quality content is published on our website and social media channels
  • Running and managing social media and LinkedIn ad campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic
  • Collaborating with our sales team to create and execute lead generation campaigns that drive new business
  • Conducting market research to identify target audiences and develop messaging and positioning that resonates with them
  • Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, and provide insights and recommendations to the team

We’re a lean team and all wear different hats as needed, so you'll work on and learn a ton about areas adjacent to marketing — sales, customer success, partnerships, and whatever else you're interested in.

⚡️You’d be a great fit if you...

  • Have 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably at a Seed/Series A startup or in the HR tech space
  • You consider yourself to be a go-getter and are comfortable being a part of a fast-paced team
  • Pay strong attention to detail and stay organized to ensure timely follow-up with potential & current customers
  • Know how to build a B2B marketing strategy from the ground up - this is a must for us!
  • Are obsessed with product – the ADA is complex and there are many “gray areas” so you’ll have to have a grasp of the complexities Disclo is solving
  • Bonus points: you have worked in the HR space or have prior knowledge of the ADA
