POSITION SUMMARY:

The Coordinator, Email Marketing & Ecommerce will be working closely with the Manager, Digital Marketing & Ecommerce to drive digital engagement and revenue for FULLBEAUTY Brands. The Coordinator, Email Marketing & Ecommerce will be responsible for deploying daily emails, ensuring the operational process is smooth and reporting on all email performance. As well as assisting with promotional set up on the site and overall linking.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Utilize email marketing platforms to design and deploy segmented email campaigns.
  • Create and manage diverse customer lists based on segmentation criteria such as demographics, purchase behavior, and engagement levels to ensure that emails are tailored to specific audience
  • Assist in executing all web and marketing efforts of the business such as email marketing, affiliate marketing, search engine marketing (Paid Search, SEO, CSEs), and targeting to help achieve web sales targets
  • Perform comprehensive analyses of email campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Provide detailed reports and actionable insights based on these analyses to inform and optimize future email marketing strategies and tactics, aiming to continuously improve engagement and campaign results.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop project plans, set objectives, and ensure that email marketing projects are delivered on time and meet predefined goals.
  • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across different email campaigns.
  • Assist in integrating email marketing campaigns with website promotions to maximize impact and drive conversions.
  • Rank/sort products based on featured items and a|b test ranking strategies.
  • Support the work of site merchandising and content

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Marketing or related field.
  • 0–1-year e-commerce experience and thorough understanding of online retailing.
  • Strong Communication Skills (Presentation, verbal and written skills).
  • Strong Project Management experience, either in Client/Agency environment
  • Knowledge of web design and usability (basic HTML)
  • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment while juggling multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to listen and contribute as a positive and solution-oriented team player
  • Ability to think creatively
