POSITION SUMMARY:

The Assistant CAD Designer supports the CAD Manager in executing CAD artwork across all brands. They develop patterns and graphics aligned with each brand’s aesthetic, manage CAD tracking, and contribute to print and graphic recoloring.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create production-ready print and graphic designs for all brands in a timely manner.
• Update and maintain the CAD tracking chart daily to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of CADs.
• Process CAD approvals, assign CAD names, and save final CADs promptly.
• Revise and recolor CADs as needed.
• Generate print ideas and create new CADs based on direction from the Design team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, Textile Design, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of industry experience.
• Proficiency in CAD and graphic-oriented software applications, including Adobe CS, NedGraphics, Keynote, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and PLM.
• Strong understanding of brand aesthetics.
• Exceptional organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
• Efficient time management and adaptability.
• Understanding of copyright design principles.
• Positive attitude and collaborative team player.
