POSITION SUMMARY:
This role will support the e-merchandising initiatives for brands. The Coordinator, E-Commerce will partner closely with the E-Commerce Manager and other team members to manage all product configurations in the content manager, coordinate web creative production and improve customer experience to maximize conversion.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the work of site merchandising and content
- Rank/sort products based on featured items and a|b test ranking strategies
- Internal search terms maintenance-manage search terms and clean up
- Assist with maintaining monthly web plans
- Work on the life cycle of the digital creative asset requests for email and site refreshes from start to end including planning, briefing, providing links, and testing before launch
- Conduct daily audits of the website to check depth/ high exposure product is being surfaced and attractively presented and that everything is correctly classified and merchandised
- Run daily/weekly/monthly/ad hoc reporting using Adobe Analytics and provide analysis on what worked, what didn’t work, and provide hindsight
- Assist in special projects as needed defined in ecommerce roadmap
- Assist in general departmental operations as needed
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Marketing or related field.
- 0-1 year e-commerce experience and thorough understanding of online retailing
- Strong analytic skills, computer skills and knowledge of Excel i.e. v-lookup, pivot tables
- Knowledge of web design and usability
- Demonstrated presentation, verbal and written skills
- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment while juggling multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to listen and contribute as a positive and solution oriented team player
- Ability to think creatively
- Experience with Salesforce Demandware (or similar) and site merchandising tools
- Proficiency with Adobe Analytics and be self-sufficient in analyzing data to drive site merchandising decisions
