REPORTS TO Senior Director, Customer Success

COMPANY Conflixis

About Conflixis

Conflixis is a mission-driven B2B SaaS company building the future of integrity infrastructure for healthcare. We help health systems, payers, and research institutions uncover and manage conflicts of interest before they become compliance, reputational, or financial crises.

Our AI-powered platform combines seamless disclosure workflows with intelligent analytics that integrate Open Payments, claims, and procurement data – surfacing hidden risks and giving organizations the tools to take action.

At a time when trust, transparency, and accountability are more essential than ever in healthcare, we are enabling institutions to lead with integrity. We are just getting started – and we are looking for builders who want to help shape the future of ethical healthcare.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Manager, Customer Enablement to define how Conflixis brings customers onto the platform and equips them to run their programs well – and to keep evolving that approach as we grow.

This is a new function that we are launching in connection with the rapid growth of our user base and a forthcoming major national announcement about our business. Today, onboarding and customer education are delivered by a small team, largely by hand and tailored to each engagement. That approach has served us well at our current scale; it will not carry us to the next one. We are looking for someone to design what comes next.

The scope is broad. We build quickly and are unencumbered by many of the constraints our customers have come to expect from legacy vendors, so how we onboard, document, and educate is genuinely open. You would shape much of it, test it with real customers, and refine it as you learn.

This is a builder’s role. You would work alongside our Customer Success Managers, engaging directly with customers where complexity warrants it, and dedicating the rest of your time to creating the approach, materials, and programs that allow a growing customer base to receive excellent service without a proportional increase in headcount.

What You’ll Do RESPONSIBILITIES

Shape how customers join the platform

• Design our kick-off and implementation approach – what we ask, what we recommend, and what a customer should understand by the end

• Help customers envision their program beyond the constraints of a previous vendor, and make a broad set of possibilities feel manageable rather than overwhelming

• Engage directly with customers where complexity warrants it, and translate those learnings into our standard approach

Own customer education as a function

• Define what we teach, how we teach it, and what we build so that it scales with the customer base

• Create documentation, guidance, and training that customers genuinely use – and keep it current as the product evolves

• Bring new formats and ideas; there is no incumbent playbook to defend

Strengthen how we support customers

• Enhance how we handle inbound customer questions – both the underlying process and the quality of our responses

• Build reusable answers and guidance so that common questions receive a consistent, high-quality response

• Use the questions customers ask most to inform what we document, teach, or raise with Product

Build a community among our customers

• Partner with Product to launch an online community where customers can ask each other questions and share how they run their programs

• Own the education and adoption efforts that make participation worthwhile for customers

• Bring insights from the community back to Product and the wider team

Find leverage as we scale

• Serve as the Customer Success voice to Product on educational tooling, in-product guidance, and release communications

• Use AI daily to eliminate manual work, and bring ideas for what to automate next

• Help the Senior Director, Customer Success and the broader team understand what is working, what is not, and what to try next

What We’re Looking For QUALIFICATIONS

• 4–7+ years in Customer Education, Enablement, Implementation, Onboarding, or Customer Success at a software company

• Experience supporting B2B SaaS customers in a high-touch or enterprise context, ideally in healthcare

• A track record of building education or enablement programs that scaled – and continued to deliver without your direct involvement

• Exceptional writing: the ability to make something genuinely complex clear to a first-time reader

• A consultative instinct: you ask why before you build, and you can guide people toward a better approach while respecting where they started

• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward building; you would rather define the approach than be handed one

• High ownership and a startup mindset: you move quickly, document as you go, and continually improve the system

• Comfort with AI tools; we continually seek leverage to increase quality and speed

Bonus: Experience in healthcare, payer/provider environments, compliance, risk, or integrity-related solutions.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary (based on experience)

• Bonus + equity in a mission-driven startup

• Flexible PTO and remote work flexibility

• Significant growth runway as Customer Success scales, including the opportunity to mentor others and take on broader ownership over time

Why Join Conflixis?

This is a rare opportunity to build rather than maintain. How we onboard customers, what we teach them, how they learn from one another, and what we automate along the way are all open questions – and you would be the person answering them. Your ideas would reach customers quickly, and you would have the freedom to refine them just as quickly.

You would work directly with the Senior Director, Customer Success, Product, and company leadership at a stage early enough to influence not only customer enablement but how the company scales – in a business solving a problem that has a real, positive impact on healthcare.
