We’re looking for a Store Operations & Visual Merchandising Associate to bring our retail experience to life—balancing strong visual execution with smooth day-to-day operations and thoughtful team support.

This role is equal parts creative and operational. You’ll be responsible for executing compelling in-store product presentations, supporting store operations, and helping guide store teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You’ll work closely with Store Managers and cross-functional partners to ensure our stores look great, run well, and feel even better.

Duties and responsibilities

• Execute in-store visual merchandising and floorsets to deliver compelling, onbrand product presentation • Support rollout of visual guidelines, product launches, and marketing initiatives across stores • Ensure consistency and quality of visual execution through store visits, feedback, and ongoing communication • Adapt visual merchandising and product presentation based on store performance and inventory needs • Support new store openings, including fixture setup, product placement, and operational readiness • Manage day-to-day store operations support, including inventory flow, backstock organization, and stockroom standards • Coordinate facilities, vendor relationships, and store supplies (fixtures, signage, repairs, utilities) within budget • Partner with Store Managers to identify and resolve operational gaps and improve in-store execution • Support onboarding and training of store teams in visual standards, operations, and customer experience • Ensure strong and consistent execution of visual, operational, and customer experience standards across all stores

Qualifications

● 2–3+ years of experience in retail, visual merchandising, or store operations (apparel or lifestyle brand preferred) ● Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail KPIs (conversion, AOV, etc.) ● Ability to execute creative ideas while staying practical and results-focused ● Comfortable giving direct feedback and navigating challenging conversations with team members or external partners ● Experience managing or coordinating with external vendors is a plus ● Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at once ● Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally ● Proactive problem solver with a hands-on approach ● Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Excel is a plus Additional Details • Travel required for store visits and new store openings • This role sits within the Retail team and works closely with Store Operations, Merchandising, and Brand Marketing
