Summary

Location: Preferred in Newport Beach, CA (open to hybrid across LA / OC / San Diego)
We’re looking for a Customer Success Associate to support the growing post-sale customer lifecycle at Capitalize. This role sits directly within the Customer Success function and works closely with leadership to ensure customers are successfully onboarded, supported, and actively using the platform. You’ll help manage the day-to-day operational side of customer success — assisting with onboarding, responding to client questions, monitoring account activity, and helping customers realize value from the product. This is an ideal role for someone early in their SaaS career who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, and building strong relationships in a fast-moving startup environment.

Key Requirements

0–3 years of experience in SaaS, customer success, account management, or sales
Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with customers
Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
Ability to manage multiple customer requests and priorities simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Interest in SaaS, commercial real estate, fintech, or data platforms
Ideally located near Newport Beach, CA, though hybrid flexibility may be considered
