About the role:
As the Senior Manager of Growth Marketing, you will own the strategy and execution of our growth strategy and customer acquisition efforts. With a heavy focus on channels like content, social, customer life cycle marketing, and SEO, you’ll be responsible for driving qualified inbound demand and accelerating customer acquisition. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, business development, sales, and marketing agency partners to build scalable programs, experiment across the funnel, and uncover new opportunities to grow awareness, traffic, and engagement. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role ideal for a marketer who thrives on impact, iteration, and long-term value creation.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Own and execute organic growth strategy across content marketing, social, and SEO (collaborate with an agency) to drive high-quality inbound traffic and demand.
- Refine our brand messaging and develop content in owned channels aligned with brand, user intent and search behavior to increase visibility and conversions.
- Identify and test growth levers through A/B experiments, referrals, influencer partnerships, and email marketing/SMS optimization.
- Partner with the targeted marketing and business development teams to align on messaging, share insights, and contribute to a cohesive growth strategy and execution.
- Collaborate with product, design, sales, and analytics teams to optimize conversion paths.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Experience driving growth in a tech-enabled business, with a strong understanding of how digital products, data, and automation intersect with marketing strategy.
- Experience being a key contributor to brand strategies and executing on that, positioning the company effectively to resonate with target audiences and support long-term growth.
- Knowledge of email and SMS marketing best practices, and experience building conversion and lifecycle engagement journeys.
- Experience developing and optimizing a brand strategy.
- Hands-on experience with web and mobile landing page optimization. Solid understanding of SEO concepts, with the ability to collaborate effectively with an SEO agency.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret marketing metrics and analytics.
- A creative flair combined with strategic thinking – you love experimenting and testing ideas to find the perfect growth formula.
- Hands-on experience with targeted marketing and paid social campaigns, including audience segmentation, creative testing, and performance analysis to complement organic growth efforts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate a strategic point of view. Strong aesthetic sensibility is a plus.
