Bellhop is transforming the antiquated $30B moving industry to be more trustworthy, reliable, and customer focused. We do this by combining our first-to-industry tech-enabled logistics management platform to deliver a seamlessly positive moving experience. With automation and innovation, we can reshape an entire sector. This challenge energizes our team, as we bring both high-tech and high-touch to one of life's most stressful events. We want people who share our passion for leveraging technology to solve age-old pain points.
As VP/Director of Finance, you will embrace innovation to transform our finance function for rapid growth. With full visibility across Bellhop, you will connect the financial dots between departments and teams to tell the story of our success. You will own financial planning, forecasting, reporting and accounting, but more importantly, you will provide profitability and unit economic insights, business analysis, and support for new initiatives that drive strategy. This is a pivotal, cross-functional leadership role shaping Bellhop's narrative and financial future. You will lead a compact but mighty team to produce an outsized impact, partnering with stakeholders company-wide to link finance with operations. We want someone who views finance as a strategic driver, not just a scorekeeper. If playing this kind of visible, entrepreneurial role excites you, we should talk.
