As a Director, Enterprise Sales, you will lead our rapidly growing Enterprise sales segment. You will scale a team of ambitious and high-performing Enterprise Account Executives who are transforming operations of leading industrial manufacturing organizations. The team will be closing deals typically ranging from $50K-$500K in ARR, both bringing on new logos and expanding our customer base. Your leadership will elevate the sales organization, driving segment-level strategy, a culture of high performance, relentless execution and exceptional business results.
A Day in Your Life
- Lead & Develop: Recruit, grow, and coach a team of Account Executives to consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Drive a Winning Culture: Build and foster a results-driven culture that motivates, inspires, and empowers sellers to deliver their best work.
- Strategize & Execute: Collaborate with your team to design sales plays that penetrate new logos while driving upsell and expansion opportunities in existing accounts.
- Optimize GTM Operations: Partner with GTM leadership to strengthen sales infrastructure, processes, tactics, and systems, ensuring scalable and efficient execution.
- Influence Strategy: Provide real-time market feedback on customers, industry trends, and competitors to help evolve Augury’s GTM strategy.
- Forecast & Report: Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and performance metrics to inform executive decision-making.
Be a Deal Leader: Act as executive sponsor on key strategic opportunities and partner with sellers throughout the deal cycle. - Travel: Be open to traveling up to 50% to support customer and team needs.
What You Bring
- Enterprise Sales Expertise: 10+ years selling innovative technology solutions and driving change management initiatives to VP+ buyers in large, complex organizations.
- Leadership Experience: At least 5 years of building, managing, and scaling high-performing Enterprise Sales teams. Proven success leading sellers through 6-12+ month deal cycles and closing $100K+ ARR deals.
- Growth-Stage DNA: Experience in scaling SaaS companies between $25M and $200M ARR, building repeatable motions while still thriving in ambiguity.
- Sales Mastery: Deep expertise in enterprise selling methodologies, including team selling, multi-stakeholder engagement, account mapping/planning, ABM/ABS strategies, and executive-level influence.
- Relationship Builder: Adept at creating long-lasting relationships with customers, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. Known for being collaborative, empathetic, and solutions-oriented.
- Results Orientation: Passion for coaching and inspiring teams to deliver outsized performance while maintaining accountability to goals.

The pay range for this position in Colorado, California, and New York is a targeted OTE of $320,000 - $380,000 that is composed of a 50/50 split of base salary + variable. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The pay offered may vary depending on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, and experience.
