You will be a strategic and hands-on Manager, Information Technology to lead our global IT operations, manage our enterprise SaaS environment, and play a pivotal role in company-wide security and privacy initiatives. You will oversee seamless IT service delivery, drive system governance and compliance, and enable secure business operations through thoughtful planning and execution.

In addition to managing a small, distributed team, you will have ownership of DevSecOps enablement, support for customer and legal security reviews, and oversight of IT planning and budgeting. You will ensure global IT coverage that is secure, responsive, and scalable, balancing direct leadership with strategic execution.

A Day In Yor Life

IT Operations & Service Delivery

  • Lead all end-user computing (EUC) initiatives, including help desk, ticketing systems, onboarding/offboarding, and hardware lifecycle management.
  • Oversee endpoint configuration, software deployment, and IT systems administration.
  • Manage global asset inventory, including PC end-of-life (EOL) processes.
  • Supervise U.S. remote help desk team and oversee vendor and supplier relationships.
  • Ensure SaaS system governance, user access controls, and compliance with IT and security policies.
  • Support the deployment and secure use of AI-based tools and agents across internal operations, ensuring alignment with compliance, data privacy, and performance standards.

Security & DevSecOps Leadership

  • Serve as the DevSecOps point of contact, collaborating with DevOps and R&D to embed security into the software development lifecycle.
  • Partner with the CISO team to shape and execute the company’s security plan, including ISO 27001 coordination.
  • Participate in evaluating and approving new tools/platforms from a security perspective, including those using AI technologies.
  • Respond to customer security questionnaires and audits.
  • Support Legal with cyber insurance documentation and privacy/security-related reviews.

Strategic Planning & Enablement

  • Own IT CAPEX planning and annual software budgeting.
  • Develop and execute multi-year IT and security roadmaps aligned with business goals and growth plans.
  • Enable Sales, Customer Success, and other go-to-market teams by supporting security documentation and customer due diligence reviews.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, including AI agents and automation platforms, to improve IT service delivery, reduce friction, and drive scale.

Team Management

  • IT Specialist (Israel): Provides local office support, manages provisioning, software setup, and asset tracking.
  • Remote Help Desk (U.S.): Delivers remote IT support for U.S.-based employees and manages hardware logistics.

Work Environment

  • 100% SaaS-based, cloud-native infrastructure (no on-premise servers).
  • Key tools and systems: Google Workspace, JumpCloud, SentinelOne, Orca Security, and other modern SaaS and cybersecurity platforms.
  • Increasing use of AI-native tools and agents to drive efficiency and innovation across the company.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong hands-on background in SaaS administration, endpoint support, and user lifecycle management.
  • Experience with customer/vendor security reviews and supporting legal/security documentation.
  • Proven success implementing DevSecOps practices and working with security frameworks like ISO 27001.
  • Experience deploying or supporting AI-based technologies or agents in enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with the governance, privacy, and compliance challenges related to AI adoption.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Supporting fast-paced, AI- and cloud-native environments with secure and scalable systems.
  • Navigating complex security, privacy, and compliance requirements with ease.
  • Driving automation and innovation through the thoughtful use of modern technology, including AI.
