About The Position

You are an exceptional Talent Acquisition professional to join our New York team in a mostly remote capacity, with twice-monthly in-office collaboration days. In this pivotal role, you will drive full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract and hire exceptional talent who embody Augury’s values and enhance our culture. You’ll partner closely with managers to plan team growth, deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, and design scalable hiring processes, tools, and training programs that empower our teams to grow thoughtfully and efficiently.

A Day in Your Life

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for a high-growth, high-tech AI startup, driving the process from sourcing and engaging top talent to securing signed offers.
  • Partner strategically with People Operations and hiring managers to plan teams, identify talent gaps, and craft role definitions that align with both immediate needs and future growth.
  • Champion our employer brand, acting as a passionate ambassador to attract top-tier talent while continuously refining our market positioning as an employer of choice.
  • Deliver actionable insights by developing, tracking, and presenting key recruiting metrics to leadership, enabling data-driven decisions and process optimization.
  • Innovate recruitment processes by creating and maintaining a scalable playbook that standardizes best practices, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Elevate hiring capabilities by designing and delivering training programs for hiring teams, fostering alignment, and enhancing the candidate evaluation process.
  • Shape the future of talent acquisition by leveraging cutting-edge tools, techniques, and data to attract diverse, mission-aligned talent.

What You Bring

  • Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment: 3+ years of experience within the technology industry, with a strong preference for GTM (Go-To-Market) recruiting experience.
  • Strategic hiring leader: A subject matter expert in talent acquisition who can coach and train managers and hiring teams on best practices, enabling timely, high-quality hires that align with company goals.
  • Exceptional communicator: Adept at written and verbal communication, ensuring all stakeholders—candidates and internal teams—stay informed and aligned. Skilled at motivating and building consensus around hiring decisions.
  • People-driven mindset: Passionate about talent as the driving force behind success and eager to take pride in building infrastructure to attract top-tier talent that fuels growth and innovation.
  • Data-driven and organized: Proficient with ATS tools (bonus points if you're a power user with Greenhouse) and highly detail-oriented. Experienced in leveraging data to develop, analyze, and communicate recruitment metrics to improve efficiency.
  • Builder of culture: Committed to fostering a best-in-class hiring culture by designing and delivering ongoing training and development for hiring teams, promoting excellence across the recruitment process.

The pay range for this position in New York City is $120,000 to $175,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The pay offered may vary depending on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, and experience.
