About the Role

We’re looking for an organized, curious, and highly motivated Influencer Marketing Intern to support Aerflo’s creator and affiliate program. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the ins and outs of influencer marketing at an early-stage brand, with direct exposure to both strategy and execution.

You’ll help us grow awareness and social proof by identifying creators who align with our mission, coordinating gifted campaigns, and encouraging authentic content creation that drives results.

What You’ll Do

  • Build our influencer pipeline: Research and identify micro- and mid-tier creators who are a strong brand fit across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Outreach and gifting coordination: Reach out to selected influencers to offer product gifting and track responses.
  • Product logistics: Manage the shipping and delivery process for gifted products, working closely with our fulfillment team.
  • Follow-up and relationship building: Check in with influencers post-delivery to encourage user-generated content and track what goes live.
  • Affiliate conversion: Invite high-performing influencers to join our affiliate program via Shopify Collabs and help onboard them.
  • Weekly reporting: Maintain a tracker of outreach, shipments, posts, and affiliate activity. Share a weekly recap of results and insights.

What You Bring

  • A strong interest in influencer marketing, social media, or digital brand building
  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram creators, especially within wellness, lifestyle, or food & bev spaces
  • Detail-oriented, self-starting, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative spirit and a positive, proactive attitude

Bonus

  • Experience with Shopify Collabs, influencer databases, or CRM tools
  • Previous internship or campus experience with marketing, PR, or social media
