Introduction:
We are seeking an energetic, self-starter to join our Field Service team. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of robotic systems to install, troubleshoot, and support machine functionality both in the office and at distributed locations across the US. This person must be a curious self-starter with strong engineering and communication skills, both verbal and written.

What You'll Do
- Own setup and installation of machines at customer stores
- Diagnose and repair machines at customer locations or remove/replace machines for external repair
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative checks and calibrations to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Communicate with internal and external customers to ensure alignment across all interested parties
- Create a Support library through clear process/procedure documentation crafting and updating
- Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs, and training
- Work with cross-functional engineering teams to influence and improve the design of the robotic system
- Drive peak organizational performance through effective feedback, accountability and teamwork
- Travel: Up to 50% in the continental US
What You Have
- BS Engineering with 3+ years of robotics/automation/systems engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, software, and networking
- Strong network background with an understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and infrastructure to ensure reliable system connectivity.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues, diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions
- Clear and effective communication, with technical and non-technical colleagues, and experience providing professional customer service with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in diverse environments and adjust to changing needs and technical challenges
