The Augmentir™ founding team has been at the forefront of three of the most important software technology revolutions. In 1988, Wonderware transformed how machines run, with the introduction and mass commercialization of Human-Machine Interface software. Wonderware enabled the first software-based industrial revolution and is still in evidence today by Wonderware’s continued leadership position. In 1998, Lighthammer transformed manufacturing yet again with the introduction of the first Enterprise Manufacturing Intelligence platform. Lighthammer revolutionized the factory floor by bringing both real-time intelligence and live synchronization with the ERP software layer. This enabled the second software-based industrial revolution and is still evidenced today by the ubiquity of this software (currently under the SAP MII brand). In 2008, ThingWorx catalyzed the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) with the introduction of the first application platform for IIoT. ThingWorx transformed both manufacturing and service, becoming synonymous with Industrie 4.0/Brilliant Factory and Connected Service. This enabled the third software-based industrial revolution and is still evidenced today by the ubiquity of IIoT software and the market leadership of PTC’s ThingWorx brand. In 2018, the founders of Augmentir recognized that the technology and market forces were aligned yet again for a fourth industrial software revolution. A revolution focused on increasing the productivity and quality of processes involving front-line workers. With a global footprint of 350 million workers in manufacturing and service, they are being asked to perform increasingly complex jobs using technology that has remained relatively unchanged for 20 years. Whether this was due to neglect or the misplaced belief that robots and automation would replace all of these jobs, these users and processes have been underserved.

Spatial is a gaming platform where millions of creators build and share fun and inspiring experiences that bring people together across web, mobile, and VR. Our goal is to change the way we share fun experiences, tell stories, and make friends. Today, videos are the most common way to talk and share things online, but often people end up just watching and not interacting. We want the internet to be a more playful and social place. This change is already happening in the world of gaming. We want to accelerate this by making it easier for everyone to create, share, and play fun games with their friends, just like YouTube did for videos. To turn this vision into reality, we are currently focused on the following three pillars: - Creator Toolkit: a dynamic extension of Unity, the most widely adopted game engine globally. We provide you with easy tools and useful templates so you can focus on what matters most - creating fun games that bring people together. - Virtual Economy (beta): enabling the sale of digital items, avatar enhancements, and power-ups. We’re proud to provide a creator-friendly revenue share that outperforms our competitors, putting more money in your pocket. - Multi-Platform: the only platform where your games are published across web, mobile, and VR, ensuring you reach every player on every device.

Therapeutics

Talkspace is an online therapy startup that offers confidential therapy with a network of licensed therapists. Talkspace's mission is to make a billion people happy. With unlimited messaging therapy, users have access to a licensed, professional therapist with no appointment needed. With the growth of the internet and the ease of technology that we now have access to, several fields have now been able to switch over to online formats. Online therapy is one sector in particular that has grown because of the accessibility that people often experience. Online therapy functions in a similar manner when compared to regular face-to-face therapy options that currently exist, except through a chat. A lot of times, people have difficulties opening up to people in person and have a much better time communicating through text and messages. Going to regular forms of therapy can also prove to be incredibly expensive, which some people find incredibly hard to budget for, which results in them not getting the kind of care that they need. Talkspace is one platform in particular that people across the world have opted to go in for when trying to seek help for any kind of mental issues that they might be facing. The app was designed with the intention of offering quality level therapy services that can guide their patients on the routes that they should take on how to improve their mental state and lead a better life.
